Materials

(optional): All course materials are provided online, but should you want printed copies as well, we will print out all the material and send it to you by First Class Mail. This will be a hard copy of the entire online program. Optional printing and mailing fee (nonrefundable): $95

 

Time-limit extension

(see below): If circumstances warrant, students can apply for a six-month extension.

Optional extension fee: $100

 

REFUNDS

Requests for refunding the tuition fee must be received 7 (seven) calendar days before the start date of the course. Requests for refunds must be in writing, dated, and signed by the student. No refunds will be granted after the course has begun.

All refunds of fees paid directly to TESOL Voyages will be paid within 60 days of the date of determination. Students who have paid their tuition through an agency or another third party must apply to that agency/third party for the refund.

 

COURSE CANCELLATION

TESOL Voyages reserves the right to cancel a course for any reason. In this event, any tuition, registration, and other fees paid to TESOL Voyages, including nonrefundable fees, will be refunded.

 

TIME LIMITS AND EXTENSIONS

All class work and testing must be completed within six months. If circumstances warrant, students can apply for a six-month extension.

 

RECEIVING THE TESOL VOYAGES CERTIFICATE

Acceptance into the course is not a guarantee that a student will be awarded the TESOL Voyages Certificate. Participants must meet all criteria for the certificate,including grade-point average and completed Practicum (unless waived or postponed.)Transcripts, recommendations, and the TESOL Voyages Certificate may be withhelduntil all fees have been paid.
